How much room behind rear seat to mount an amp?

How much room behind rear seat to mount an amp?
I have an 04 FX4 Supercab and trying to figure out where to mount my amp. My amp is huge--26X10X2.5. Is there enough room behind the rear seat to mount this thing?

Oh ya, truck has power sliiding rear window
