I am completely sick of using the FM transmitter on my kenwood sirius.. I got it to have nice clean music.... not static half the time...

I have seen others buy an adapter from this website....

and would like to know what i need for a 6 disc indash- I also have the audiophile system....

I am thinking I need the frdn-aux

don't think so...

I went to the site link you posted, and the FRDN-AUX is for 1997-2004 F-150; won't work with our new-style radios

I've had zero luck locating an aux input converter. So are many others-- there is several previous posts on this topic.

Anyone else had any luck with a converter for the new radios?

I emailed PIE about it today, and he said they are currently working on the protocol in order to get an adapter out, but there is no current release date set, so I guess we just have to wait it out.....

I have had zero luck as well. I have talked to about 5 different dealerships (parts departments and mechanics) and nobody seems to know much. However, it doesnt seem like the AUX button does us any good at this point.

Somebody post ASAP if they get wind of an adapter. I would greatly appreciate it.

Keep bothering Blitzsafe and Soundgate - both are working on CANBUS versions of AUX inputs. This is what we need for 04 150's.

Both of these companies have been working on them since middle of last year. They say 1st half of 05 they will be available.

I'm Waiting .......
