Avalanche Kill

Since we are adding our kills to this site, just thought I'd add one of my own. I was taking the wife out for some ice cream a couple weeks ago and came up to light alongside an Avalanche with "Dubs" shining and exhaust roaring. My wife knew I just couldnt resist. Well, needless to say, I blew his doors off and left him in my dust.

I'm only 19 and not married, but most of the chicks that I've dated before always used to tell me "slow down" or "Don't race that guy." whenever they were riding with me in my FX4. You're a very lucky man to have a wife that lets you give in to your need for speed every once and a while.

Avalanche Kill part 2

Avalanche kill part 2...

forgot the part about how pissed the wife was before, during, and after the kill. She used to have a Mercedes CLK 430 and that little thing also had 300 hp and I bet it never got over 65 mph... unless I was driving it... HA

Women who will thoroughly enjoy a good stoplight race are few and far between. Maybe it's an age thing I'm in college and girls now seem to be more daring

Did you ask the guy why he bought the most horrible looking truck on the planet.
Does Chevy have a deal with Rubbermaid to help design the Avalanche?

I too killed a "plastic truck" see my thread. Funny thing my wife has a lead foot and thought it was funny. Is your truck stock? Mine is completely stock and I took him two lights and from a roll.

But my truck is an odd ball and has no throttle lag and revs past 4000 rpm's. Which is very confusing because a lot of guys say that there truck shifts after 3000.

I am scared to bring the truck in for service they may reflash it and srew it up.

THAT explains why everytime I hear a door close on one of those I hear this "burping" sound. I guess that means the contents are fresh!
