OK guys, I'm a new member here, been lurking for a while. What are the details with the tool offer, what dates was it available, what region was it available in, and what is a qualifying purchase. I believe this has been asked before but don't think it has been answered. To the guys that have gotten thiers, where was it shipped from (shipping label, packing slip) Thanks everyone!
