Go with the Super Crew. I just traded in my Super Cab that was six months old because the door started to develop vertical parallel dents on both back doors. This issue is noticeable and its not an isolated problem. Here is the TSB. They are calling it wavy doors.

I just tagged a 2004 SCrew!
