Why doesnt he just say this:

"I've never owned an F-150 but would like advice on an inexpensive truck."

Wouldnt that have been easier? That's what I'm reading from it, if the accident was real then I apoligize but, um, a crooked emblem and grille (only damage mentioned) would cost you less than 500 to fix-not exactly equal to a 20-30K truck.

Sorry Guys

I did not do a real good job posting my article but i was real upset and maybe not firing on all cylinders. The tow truck towed it out and i had to pay that and i was losing money big time. I had a tlak with my insurance agent yesterday about 1pm, and he said that my insurance could pay for it and that i qualified for some needed insurance to cover the truck. Sorry for the confusion guys. Maybe i was exaggerating a little that day i wrecked it because i was ticked off big time at myself. I don't care if you do not read anymore from me, it was my fault that i caused all the confusion and i will continue to post, but i will not expect what i used to be getting, hit wise.

Thanks

So if insurance can take care of it, are you still thinking about scrapping the truck? And where the heck are the pics?

umm new truck, doubt paid cash , means full coverage....insurance pays for it all minus deductable...possibly cover towing costs also if their really outrageous...still dont know how you mess up a truck that bad, unless the ground you smashed into was like rock/concrete and didnt give at all, if all you need is a new hood/bumper an stuff, then not to bad, messed up the frame an deployed airbags, then your looking at some more money......but def not enough to total at 30k+ truck
