New Pics of truck (Leveling Kit)...
I recently installed my 1 5/8" Autospring Leveling kit in my FX4, and I could't be happier with it. Me brother and I installed the kit in about an hour, both sides done, and then about another hour to align it, so two hours start to finish. The ride was not affected at all, and it feels so much better to drive it than stock. Feels higher and looks higher. Only time the upper control arm hits would be when truck was jacked up at full extension, so I am not worried about it at all. It looks great. Check out the two sets of before and after pics of the truck in my gallery.
I also put the FX4 emblem from the rear gate off of a 2003 Expedition FX4 on the tailgate of my truck, and it makes it look so much better. It balances out the rear of the truck, and makes the other emblems look nice with the balance of the FX4 on the other side, and just looks good i think. Let me know what you all think of my recent installs. I also have some Westin BCS Platinum Series nerf bars on the way, pics of those to come!
Pics are in the Mods and other pics gallery.

The autospring lift kit looks like it really did the job; truck sits just right now.
How far, if any, was the front end out of align after the install?

The only thing out of alignment was the toe, the camber and caster were fine, but the toe was off by about a half of a degree on both sides. You could feel the difference in driving before and after the alignment, just felt "right" after the alignment. But it def needs it!

FX4 Emblem
I had seen it on the back gate of a 2003 Expedition FX4, so I went to my local dealer, and told him what it was on. He looked it up and ordered it up for me, and I am glad that I got it. The only thing is that it is a $25 -$30 emblem, so its not cheap, but it looks good!
FX4 Emblem and Door Edge Guards
roboots21,
I really like the FX4 emblem - that is a nice touch!
In your Mods, you have door sill plates and I am wondering which plates were on yours stock (I have a SCrew). I am guessing that the Autoventshade plate is the one covering the blue paint at the front by the driver's door???
My SCrew came with two smaller diamond plate covers over the door channels for both front and rear, but the Yellow paint on the rear door sills was exposed and my kids kept scuffing it up with their shoes. I ordered the "F150" Door sill "tapes" that are on the front of the SCrews and cut them to fit the rear (pics in Gallery). I may have went with the diamond plate, had I seen yours first.
Anyway, you got a sweet lookin' FX4 there. True Blue is my seciond favorite color on an F150 (I had a 2001 XLT that was dark blue and a True Blue 2003 Lariat), but I had to get a 2004 since this was the last year for the Blazing Yellow.
Nice mods and nice ride.
