Build Location = Problems???

Does anyone think build location = problems???

Mine is from VA and it sounds like a lot have vib. problems.

I have not heard anyone saying that they are having problems with a truck that was built in Dearborn???

So if they buy mine back, would it be wise to look for one built in Dearborn???

Dearborn = no problems
KC = 1/100

I have a VA built SCAB XLT, 5.4, 3.55 LS, no vibration problem, currently at 5200 miles.

Had a radio glitch (dicussed earlier), but no concerns, very happy with the truck.

I was a little concerned about mine being built in Norfolk with all the union problems I've read about in the news (related to that facility). Turned out ok though.

Kansas City - May 2004, rear-end vibe. Other than that, totally satisfied.

Norfolk built scab 5.4 4x4, 10 02 03 and lots of problems. The worst being the terrible vibration that ford says is a normal characteristic of the truck.Paid $45000cdn and I've owned lots of new trucks, some did have problems but this one is by far the worst to drive. My wife refuses to drive it again period.Try living with that.Have filed for arbitration and requested a "buy back" as I can't stand to drive this thing anymore!!
