you have 3.73 gears you need to select that option and then measure your tire height from its heighest point to its lowest

Called Troyer, By the way VERY NICE FOLKS!

They were able to answer most my questions about the turner.

One question has me concerned though:

If my PCM was updated in April, will I need to send my tuner in for an update? I see that folks that have had their PCMs updated then try to tune but run into problems and have to ship it off again for an update to the tuner.

I guess the ultimate question is, has anyone had their PCM flashed and been successful in tuning with that updated PCM-flash?

Thanks,

-f2f-

Im ordering mine right now, I'm on the phone.

I believe I had my computer reflashed and I'll let you know how if it works or not. Shouldn't be too big of deal, worst case I just have to wait a week or two longer.

Just recieved mine today, went to program and got the update message. I never had it in the shop for a flash, and truck was built June 03. No big deal though whats another two or three days, besides Superchips pays for the overnight shipping if you send your reciept with the programmer.

Thumbs up superchips

Anita is awesome
Ordered my Superchips yesterday, sprung for overnight, got it at 10:25, at 10:45 was burning the tires off my truck in the 87 program, can't wait to run out of gas, to try the performance program, it is to fun to drive now to save gas mileage, more brake dust than before as I am using the brakes alot more..
Thanks

Anita is cool. She just told me that she is shipping my tuner that I ordered this morning. That is some good service.

Does anyone know if it's bad for the computer or the engine to change the program a lot?

I can't imagine that it is. The only issue would be if you do it so much that you wear out the cable/connector on the tuner. Otherwise the biggest risk would be that you forget to have the right octane fuel in your tank.
