Problem w/ Volant....

Check this out... I e-mailed Volant and this is the comment I recieved back from them.

im sorry we don't sell direct you need to call one of are dealers performance center 1-800-883-6437 but there is one thing that part number 19754 is on back order because were having problems with it so it's not going to come out I would say like in sept 04 just keep in touch with us so we can give you more information.

Wonder what is up?

Part # 19754 (as stated in his comment) is for the 5.4L.

the part number doesnt state what motor it is for.

sounds like they're working on the MAF problem. Hopefully they (Volant or AF1) get it worked out soon. To much longer & I think I might just buy the Airaid Jr.

I looked into this about 2 months ago and it is a mass iair flow issue. you can not change the size of the pipe which the hot wire(mass air) sits without changing the PCM calibration bottom line i do not know how they can fix the issue.
