What's your Favorite 04 F150 Moment?

I'll start - Gotta be my first road trip to the desert, followed closely by breaking in the back seat with my wife!

tpeterson,

Damn that's a sweet ride you've got there!

My favorite moment is not as cool as yours, but I just have a constant grin on my face hauling this sweet a** truck around town.

Mine was paying to have my truck pinstriped and not telling the wife, (when i told her i wanted to get it striped i always got the same response..."not this month were short of cash")
Then...about 2 months later on a bright and sunny saturday afternoon, she looked at my truck, and sort of stared at it real funny, then and only then i knew today was the day....
After a few choice words, we both laughed about it, she was floored that i had it done 60+ days ago and she never noticed.
p.s. i did the same thing with my flowmaster.
Whats next...hmmmm, maybe chrome rocker panels

Mine is taking a drive downtown the first day and seeing how quickly a big yellow F150 gets everyones attention. I've never seen so many heads spin around.

Sitting behind 2 teenagers in a mustang at a red light.
They keep reving their engine looking back at my truck, so I hold the brake and just start roasting the tires til the whole truck is covered in smoke then I pull out of the smoke to see the guys hanging out of thier windows giving me and .

It was great.

I gotta quit doing that, my rear tires are half gone.

I am in there with the railroad tracks too, the only problem was the case of beer in the bed that exploded all over. The other good times come from the two 10" subs at a stoplight, a little country, a little rock and a *****load of sound!

Winner so far has to be RedLariat! I have wanted to do that sooo bad a couple of times. I seem to always have my teenage boys in the truck though! Plus my tires are expensive!

Anaheim you are a sneaky bastard! I wonder now if I could sneak a flowmaster in on my wife???

Keep em coming!

Mine is when I pulled in at the local bar. I used to drive a Toyota
coralla 4dr 5spd. Only a few knew I was getting a truck and they thought it was the heritage 04 I was going to get. Anyways all my friends drive cheby's (ya I know) but what are you going to do. I pull in the lot and dont tell anybody I bought the truck, I just sit back and watch as all my friends come in and ask who has the nice looking truck out front, they crawled all over the truck inside and out and nothing but good things to say about it. And as a bonus I got to drink for free for most of the night.

Free beer and a new truck all in one day.

I bought mine off the showroom floor. So they had just finished backing it out of the showroom when my wife and child arrived. My wife made them drive it back in, park it, and drive it back out. She and my daughter had never seen something like that before. I've never seen eyes so big. And then, after I signed the paperwork, I went out to the truck and chased off the other "car shoppers" getting into it. "Get off my truck." I said. "This is mine."

Laughing at myself as I drove off the dealer lot after purchasing my truck, and hauling the rear end right over the curb.

Felt like a dope.

And it scared the crap out of me... I had been driving my wife's Saturn for a week, and needless to day, the truck is much bigger.

Didn't hurt anything on the truck, but my wife was right behind me in her car... and was willing to let me know what i did...over and over and over. Just for laughs.

For me, it has to be pulling into a local bar and havin' a dude in the parking lot yell out "Hey, nice truck! I'm tradin' my P.O.S. Dodge in for one of those tomorrow!"
