Smile Thanks Everyone

For making my decisions easier with my new truck- red xlt scab
5.5 bed ordered on Monday. Now how am I going to stop thinking about it every minute for the next seven weeks! By the way, does anyone know what the "chrome steel" rims look like? The brochure shows a polished aluminum one but the order sheet on the web site says chrome steel. I asked the dealer and they said it would be chrome steel but couldn' t show me what they looked like. Thanks.

Just a wild guess...how about something similar to the Custom Chrome Wheels pictured on page 44?

Page 44 of what? If you're talking about brochures, the only
one I can get is about 10 pages...blue screw on cover. Is there
one online? Can anyone post a pic? Thanks.

Thanks Red Lariat. That's beyond the call of duty. I think I like
the rims. Kind of late now anyway.

I don't think those are the ones. I have the chrome steel wheels and they don't look like that...at least not on my truck. Don't have pics yet but will post as soon as I do.

Is that book, or its contents, online anywhere? I know fordaccessories.com has some stuff, but I don't recall ever seeing wheels or what looks like audio components from that scan.

jmvdigital...Red Lariat's scan is from page 44 of Ford's 11"X11" (aka 'big' brochure) that some dealers seem to hoard except to serious-appearing buyers (the brochures are probably expensive).

chilipad...today, I saw a new XLT Screw with chromed steel wheels that looked identical to the 17" grey steel wheel OEM on XL models. I wonder if that is what you'll be receiving? BTW, I believe the 17" Custom Chrome Wheels pictured in the brochure have been dropped as an option by Ford.
