Factory Running boards

Am about to take delivery of my 04 Lariat Screw and have a question on the running boards. On the advice of my dealer I did not order the truck with the "Bright Polished Tubular Running Boards" since he claimed it would delay delivery. I want to order them from the dealer, but his parts dept. is not sure which ones are the exact ones that come from the factory and which are after market ones. Does anyone know the part number for the factory originals? Thanks

Your dealer's parts personnel must be 'out-to-lunch'...that's pathetic! Surely he can tell the difference between OEM "Bright polished tubular running boards" (factory) and the Ford accessory (aftermarket...your term) "Chrome side step bars" which come in 4" and 5" widths. The part number for the 4" bars for a Screw, for example is 4L3Z 16450 MAA (the last 3 letters designate the cab style).

It's a matter of personal preference, but I prefer the Ford accessory bars. I also did not order the OEM boards because of the build/delivery delay.
