How much did you pay for the wheels, and hows is your ride now with the bigger rim and tire?

You can get a set from $2800 on up for 22" wheels and tires. I paid over $3k because I like this particular wheel. Maybe its just me but, I don't feel a difference in ride quality like everyone says.

I'll never "get" the idea of such ridiculously large wheels. What's the point besides trying to draw attention to yourself? Seems kind of pointless to me. To each his own, I guess.

Back in 97 when I got my ss camaro it had 17 inch wheels and I thought they were big, but now my truck has 18s.

Looks good. Did you get them locally or did you order over the internet?

Looks OK but personally I like the stock wheels better.

I ordered them here in Beaumont. Not sure if you know where Beaumont is but were about 80 miles outside of Houston. You may be able to find a better deal in H-town since there is so much competition.

...

These trucks look so big that a larger wheel looks good. Heck even my 18's look like matchbox wheels on my FX4. I need either bigger tires/rims/or both.

I agree, I was just curious if you purchased on-line and if so what kind of deal you found. There have been alot of places I looked at in Houston with different prices. When you are looking at spending that kind of money for tires and wheels you want to try to find the best deal out there.

Nice look, its not for me, but its okay.
For the price you should have lifted that ride and put 35s on...tires that is, not wheels.

Thanks,
I considered the lift and big tires, but then I thought to myself, I'm not going off road with my truck any time soon so why waste my money on that. It's a cruiser, thats all.
