I agree with Thayer and blitzkrieg....

Don't waste your time arguing with Tundra owners why your truck is better, you bought it cause you wanted it and because you thought it was the best who cares what their reasons are for buying an inferior truck....

The 04 F150 has the highest safety ratings of any full size truck.

Here's what I have figured out. Highest tow rating, highest payload. Technology advanced suspension placement, bigger bolts holding the cab/bed to the frame. Quietest truck. Prettiest truck (IMHO), best overall value, most dependable truck, most durable truck. Thanks for everybody's answers!

I test drove a new F150 a few weeks ago and thought it was way better than the 97 f 150 I'm driving now. I talked my father into driving one yesterday and he loved it too. He noticed how the steering. acceleration, braking all felt better. I should be driving his new F150 quite soon I hope.

Is the moonroof on the new F150 removeable and is it big? Thanks.

Oh yeah. Try out every truck on your wishlist. I wouls say GMC, Chevy, Dodge, Toyota and then make up your mind on what you like the most. I plan on test driving the Dodge next week with my father and see how that goes.

Your first response sums it up!!!

I'm sure you can pick any truck and find unlimited supports that say its the best there is... for any brand. When I decided on the Ford I did look a Dodge, Toyota and Ford... the only real problem Toyota had was brake issues. found may sites with people complaining about brake vibration caused by warped rotors... so I decided no thanks to the Toyota,,,, 2003 Dodge had a great ride... but the 04 F 150 stole the show for me.... so that was that.
also the Ford had as good of reliability as the Toy with less issues such as Size,,, to me the Toy one day will get the "Chick truck stamp" And the new 4 door Toy looks like they put a airhose in the tail pipe of the smaller size tundra and inflated it... why didn't they give it its own personality with the bucks the spent to enlarge the original model?
