Daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn!!!!!!!!!
I apologize for the vague subject title, but that's all I could come up with after picking up my 04 FX4. I'm still drooling. Brought her home at 1845hrs and just came in after sitting in her for about an hour enjoying the audiophile. Have to hurry up and get to bed, I want to drive!!!! I don't think I'll have a problem running errands for the wife anymore. This thing rocks in comparison to my 03 Mustang GT. No I'm not saying it from a performance/racing,but sheer comfort and enjoyment! Love it, not vibration and no complaints....Thanks for listening, wife's in bed so know one to talk to about the truck.
I've had mine almost a week now and still look for a reason to go out and just look at it. I really like the interior of my FX4, black leather captians with the flow through console. It just looks cool!
Word to the wise, turning up the audiophile will create a vibration in the drivers seat, but its a vibration that you shouldn't complain about!!
Also if you just got the truck, I believe you said it was a scab you might want to let up your rear passenger side seat and tighten the jack really good. After driving mine for 2 days I quickly picked up a rattle from that general vacinity but tightening the jack has solved the probelm.

Ultra,
Yeah, I've been cruising the boards lately and tightened the jack down before the detailers even got too it. I don't think I'm getting old, (26) just different priorities. I've really missed hunting during the past 4 years and now I can get back out there.
Any of you all know where I can get some wheel locks/locking gas cap. I've got another thread out there, but just in case ya'll skipped it.
Thanks, Jerry

I've had mine for exactly 4 months tomorrow, and well - I can't lie.
I love this truck. I have owned some serious machinery in the past, but this truck is fast becoming my favorite of all.
Its just so good at everything.
Congrats to you bro - wait till the motor gets broken in. They are real tight when new.

Congratulations!
I know exactly how you feel. Post some pix when you get a chance!
After waxing it for the third time, the only other web site I look at besides the forums is to check the Weather Channel for the current pollen count. It's getting pretty bad here in Virginia already, and it sure ruins the look of the truck in a hurry!

Hey, I know the feeling. I've had my truck since September
and I still get that euphoric feeling everytime I drive it. It's truly a great truck. No wonder they can't build them fast enough!!!
Enjoy. It only gets better.

I have to add a big thumbs up on this truck. I've had mine since November and at 5,500 miles it still makes me smile to drive it.
The FX4 and Lariat have awesome interiors and have incredible quietness out on the road. If you take anyone out for a drive at 75-80 they are totaly impressed with the truckinside and out. I know personally I have 2 more friends that have bought 4x4 SCREW Lariats and they love em. They fill a garage and like gas but they are the SUPREME luxuruy utility vehicle (LUV)
After seeing how good they got it on the first year I hope that Ford contunues to push the envelope with the 150 and especially the FX4 and Lariat.
The light truck market looks pretty good for the next few years. Lots of cool things coming. Save your money now!!!!
