Thumbs up Truxedo Lo Profile

Just a quick note, a few weeks back I purchased the standard box style truxedo for my 2004 Lariat 4x4, lets just say that I was not satisfied with the product. Well their customer service was just super, they shipped me a low profile model truxedo right away and (I did pay the diff in price) and a shipping label to return the old one. It finally stopped raining and snowing long enough to install it yesterday and it looks fantastic. Plus I noticed they have made many improvements to the design, anyway I recommend this product.

Agree that the Truxedo Lo Pro works great on the '04 F150.

Just got mine installed (along with stainless bed rails) and couldn't be happier with the look. Mine is black, and it just comes off the standard black rail caps and looks like everything is one piece. Top is tight and seals well all over. Cool look for this truck.

I put the Truxedo Low-Pro on my flairside. The quality of the Truxedo is great and you can't beat the lifetime warranty. I really like the fact that when you lock the tailgate that you can't unlock the tonneau.

I am close to buying the low profile. I am nervous about the Velcro. Will it hold up or fall apart like most Velcro over time?

Don't worry Goom-dude, the entire cover has a lifetime warranty, velcro, fabric, rails, bolts, heck even the sewed on logo is under warranty. Plus I think the hook part of the velcro is replaceable.

Goomfatch, the velcro can slide in the channel. This cover is great! You won't regret getting the Lo-Pro.

After I did some research I purchased Extang R/T. It is even lower than Truxedo, has better clamps, each clamp has a tie down, and its more than 100 bucks cheaper.
