Question Post your Pics of Westin Nerf Bars

I am looking for as many pictures of the intalled Westin Nerf Bars (step bars) chrome or all black on the SuperCrew. Any color truck is fine; but would really like to see on all white, with chorme nerf and chrome bumpers.

The factory step bars are too close to the truck, if you are wearing large work boots. I am assuming the Westin nerf bar will give you more space if it is a little further from the truck body?

YellowFX4SCrew,

A couple of questions. When installed are these nerf bars a little further from the truck body then the standard factory ones offered by Ford? On the factory running boards, I can not get or catch the platform when getting out, or these far enough out that you can actually get your foot on them?

Black_Screw,

Those are very nice nerf bars. About how wide is the step?

Hello

The tube is eliptical shaped and it's 6" in diameter with a 5" wide step groove.

I'm getting mine installed in 1 hour... installer said he can make them stick out farther with a spacer.
