6'.5" bed scab vs. 5'.5" screw ride difference
Anyone have a experience riding in both these models?
Is the one foot longer (6'5") bed SCAB any different in ride quality?
Thanks in advance!

the SCREW would have a slightly longer wheelbase. However, the difference between the 2 would be almost unnoticable.
I would disagree with that and say that the wheelbases will be close to the same, if not exactly ('01-'03 Screws and Scabs shared the same chassis), and I would think that the Screw would have a slightly better ride because of the added weight.

very close in wheelbase, but the SCrew is a couple of inches longer.
As far as ride, maybe a few hundred pounds more in the Crew, but again, almost not noticable. They would both have a great ride.

Actually not, if you would reference JohnAndDar's post, the Supercab is 6 inches longer in wheelbase than the Super Crew

okay a couple of inches shorter. I stand corrected.
that being said, I stand by the earlier point I made that the difference in ride is negligible.
Its not like going from a reg cab/short box to a supercab long box or from 4x2 to 4x4.
