Have fun with it - the sales numbers will determine success or failure. I think value, quality and better warranty may win out here. I for one think the thing is growing on me and that is a good indicator for a new design. After all, Americans came up with it.

I still think that the face it reminds me of is that 'Jaws' guy from the old 007 movies.

Saw one at the NAIAS wednesday night. Much worse package then I expected to see. The rear seat was at a very sharp angle, and covered with a material that was close to burlap. the Box seemed very small, and the rails on the floor of the box seem like a real bad idea.

oh and I forgot to add that it's fuglier in person.

The TITAN is sort of intriguing. it doesnt look as good as a 150 but youre still compelled to stare at it.

So you're saying if you like it, then most people like it?

What other interpretation is there of this statement in reference to the appearance of the Titan?

All he said was that "It is a good indicator".
You are thus making the assumption that it means "Most people like it ".

Anyway it is early morning (well 9.20 am) here and I'm off to get the Sunday papers.

I guess you are just up late which is probably why you aren't thinking clearly !

I guess you haven't had your tea yet which may explain why you can't think analytically.

He made the statement "the thing is growing on me" and concluded that it was a good indicator of a new design. "a good indicator" in the context of this thread is clearly a qualitative statement about the aesthetic merits of the design. A good design is one that sells trucks. One that the majority of people will like. The inescapable implication of his post was that if he likes it, it's a good design. But we all know that aesthetic tastes are completely subjective. Hence my smart *** remark.

I guess for know it all's like you however, nothing is subjective right?
