What is an average time from segment date (what does that mean anyways?) to arrival?

My dealer told me he had a Dec. 5th arrival date scheduled...? Does that seem realistic or no way?

I know no one can say for sure if it could or could not happen but taking the wait times of other people what do y'all think?
