Factory Running Boards

Would anyone know if the factory running boards have a specified torque setting when tightening them on? They appear to be a heavy duty composite plastic so i'm hesitant to crank them down to forcefully.

I watched the tech but mine on. He just lined it up and let her rip with the air wrench. Solid as a rock.

KHUGHES53, are you installing the black running boards yourself? If so, just curious as to whether or not they're adjustable (forward or backward). Do they have slots vs. holes for the bolts? I want to be able to slide my boards back around 3/4" to fit splash guards. Thanks.

As far as I can tell by looking there are predrilled holes (not slots) for the hardware. Looks like you'd have to drill new holes to move them back but it would be do-able.
