No. The suspension is all stock.

I presently have Michelin Pilots 275/65HR18 on my 4x4 Lariat which are 11 inches wide and 32.1 inches tall. I am considering 305 60 18 Toyo Proxies ST 700 which are 12.0 wide (the dealer says 12.5 inches wide and the website said 12.0 inches) and 32.1 inches tall. I am concerned about the wider tires fitting the stock wheels and whether they will rub on the wheel well.

Talking New Tires

So I got the Proxes 305 60 18 and they are great. The truck is nailed to the road, no significant noise increase, and much smoother ride. The only thing left is a new all black nerf bar which Ford promised me the day I bought it.

04 Black SCrew Lariat 4x4, moon roof, audiophile, stick w/tan interior and those (too cool) retro dials

Can you post a pic or 2.

How much did you pay?

Do you need to have Odometer rcal'ed?

Thanks!

Since the tire height remained exactly the same fatboy, there would be no need for recalibrating the speedo.

Thanks,

So the 305/60 is the same as the 275/65, no difference at all?

The Proxes are 12.5 wide and the Michelin's were 11 wide. NO change in wheels. There was about a 3/4 inch clearance on the the front wheel on the inside and I am watching it closely. but the tires (which are on the OEM wheels) do not stick out either in the front or the back.

I have a camera, but am digitally impaired so I am not sure about the pic

That's great!

I'll be getting those myself. I have been looking at them for about a month and I was just waiting for my FX4 to arrive before having them tried out at TownFairTire.com

Geez! Those Toyo Open Country M/T's are HUGE. What a badass tire.

I do a lot of road miles and only use the 4x4 for snow and ice so I am talking about the Toyo ST's.
