Play that funky music white boy

There was about 10 different groups that played that song and another was KC and the sunshine band.

Yep, I do not know the exact list off the top of my head, but I think Ford refers to them as "multi media" in the marketing information.

Further, the audiophile system somehow reads certain radio station information. Here in Atlanta the radio displays "B-98.5 Atlanta's Light Rock" something or another then it will show information from the song selection, for example "Eagles, Album name, Take it to the Limit" etc... Pretty nifty 'eh?

Yep, all of the "multi media" systems in the Ford literature.

A lot of bands have played "Cocaine" as well, but no one cares about any but the Eric Clapton original.

Wild Cherry wrote the song, and it was their version that hit the airwaves. KC and the sunshine band never played that song, to my knowledge, although they sound similar (kind of) to Wild Cherry.

Read about it here

I have heard that the subwoofer for the audiophile syatem in a SCrew is under the rear seat. Does anyone know if the rear seats still fold down to make a flat surface with the sub there?

Nope.. all rear seats fold UP, so there's no (or very little) flat surface with the sub. Not much more room without it, either.

Can one get the Audiophile system with the 6 disk changer?

They seem to be listed as different options every place I look.

Thanks,
David

If you order Audiophile, it includes a 6-disc changer, upgraded speakers and subwoofer. If you order just a 6-disc changer, that's all you'll get.
