I noticed that also. the reason i was needing the diagram is because when the theft light is blinking and the headlight blinking and the horn horn honking one of those relays is clicking...I cant figure this theft system...

If the parking lamps or signals are flashing when the perimeter alarm system is triggered, the corresponding relay(s) in the aux box should also be clicking.

Did the security situation arise upon GEM module replacement or prior?

Here's the thread regarding the relay box: https://www.f150online.com/forums/to...cations-2.html

The 97 & 98 models had an optional factory perimeter alarm that included a starter interrupt relay, flashing lights, and a honking horn. Unless your truck had an aftermarket security system installed, that's the system that is being triggered. The relays under the hood are a red herring, not a problem. They're SUPPOSED to operate when the security system is triggered.
