front license plate
2002 ford f150... i broke part of the license plate bracket trying to push a broken down truck off the road.. well the tabs stayed on..and the bottom 2 were easy to just yank off because they were plastic screws. But the top 2 look metal and have no grooves to stick a screw driver in.. how do i get these off? do i need to take off the whole bumper?

Drill it or air chisel. Or some use a steak knife...
