Is there anyone making a glass replacement for a 2000 F150? I am tired of the plastic lens always turning opaque.

Any top shelf plastic replacements? Thanks!

 

no. they do not make glass headlight lens for these trucks. the solution to your problems are wet sanding the headlights and polishing them.. then use wax. or you can clear coat them like they were new.

 

 

Sam's Club will polish headlights and give a guarantee not to fade.

 

I have used the 3M kit and it worked well but only lasted a couple of years. Bought another kit tonight. Thanks. wish we could go with glass!

 

I wish we could go with glass in eyeglasses too, but the cost would be much higher. Plastic is much easier to form and certain kinds, such as polycarbonate, are more resistant to breakage, even though they can be scratched easier than glass.
