I have a 99 F150 auto with tilt steering. Today the ignition switch actuator rod broke. I'm looking for a step by step guide to replace the plastic rod. I found partial instructions here and there but no full guide. I have the Haynes manual but it was incomplete. I have to remove the airbag, steering wheel, turn signal arm, and tilt mechanism to get to the part.
