whats a fair price to ask

need some advice.
what would a 2000 f150 super cab shortbox 5.4 auto with a little surface rust on the door bottoms nice interior runs great. 150k on drive line no exhaust leaks.:
need to know what a good starting point price to ask for it. is $900 to $1500 a reasonable starting point?

Lots of info to know before a price can be set. Engine maintenance kept up? Proof of that? What part of the country are you in? 2wd or 4wd?

Private party book value in fair condition is 4600 bucks - you are really shortchanging yourself.

i sold it today for $1000
now if i can sell my 2000 5.4 regular cab with 125k for $1400 i will be doing good

Why are you selling them so cheap? Are they a lot more trashed than you are telling us?

Any POS truck that runs is worth $1000-1500. If the AC works, it's closer to 2k. So I really hope these trucks are beat the hell up, otherwise I want every one you acquire and want to sell for a thousand bucks

not really beat up at all, 125,000 miles starts at -30 below i found out today lol

That truck was a 7700 series. Whoever bought that got one heck of a deal.

ill be picking up a few more of these 1997-2002 f150 in the next few weeks they dont usually sit around to long around here

so is the regular cab im selling right now!

the supercab had a near perfect interior. i didnt keep it because it didnt have cruise control or tilt steering

At those prices they won't. Thats a 3500 dollar truck all day long. That truck is only 97-03 from the factory rated for a snow plow. Throw on a plow and you got a great way to make side money.
