If you can turn them yourself, it takes like thirty minutes, you'd be looking at around 75-85 for alignment and maybe 1800-2500 for wheels and tires depending on what you go with.

I know raptor mine rumbles a bit but nothing like what i want plus its got an exhaust leak and im getting an estimate on that right now and ive got a shop to work in how hard is it to turn them

It's basically turning a bolt. If you jack up the front end off the ground it'll make it easier. But you'll need to measure as you go because both sides will allow you to go up different amounts.

When i have it done i plan to run 20x9 wheels with 33s would that work or go smaller

33's should be fine. What's the offset/backspacing on the wheel and how wide are the tires?

Go on Craigslist for wheels & tires...I got my rims for $400 & a set of bigger tires for $500 , & it sits a whole lot better..

Also bigger rim & bigger tire mean more $ , & weight meaning more fuel consumption..Hell I just got 182 mi out of a full tank...

Tire plays more effect that wheel on gas mileage. And I'm guessing that's 182 miles without correcting the odometer..

Without correctly the odo and with a gas tank from a Prius! I got 320 miles out of ~28 gallons every time before I corrected for bigger tires. ~11 mpg
