QUICK question about rear blocks

Posted this on f150forum but might as well get input from here

I have a 99 f150 2wd on stock leaf springs. But it has bilstein 5100s in the front and rear. The front is raised I think something equivalent to a fabtech 7.5". The rear is stock (has the prerunner/Cali look). I want to raise the rear so I bought a 4" block kit.

Will 4" block set work with the bilstein 5100 shocks or will I need new shocks to use these blocks in the rear?? I dont want to start a project and have a truck that doesn't run because it turns out I need new shocks or something.

I did a search but it's hard to find specific info on 2wd, 97-03 and for bilstein REARS and 4" blocks. I have found that bilstein + 3" blocks have been run but nothing about 4".

This says 2-4" but it's for 4wd rear.. http://www.suspensionconnection.com/...tein-f150.html

Rear shocks are the same for 4x2 and 4x4. You should be fine because the 5100's are only for lifted applications anyway.

Even it they aren't meant for the exact amount of lift you are putting on, it can't be any worse than running them with no lift!
