The 97-98 are adjustable as are the 99-03 as well. The 7700 series bars are longer but will fit if you move the bracket back. The longer bars allow for the same about of "lift" but without as rough of ride due to the long bar.

thanks for the info everyone and its a 1999 half ton amd im trying to figure out if the bars are already turned up cause i measure from the ground to the wheel well and the back and front both match at 36.5 inches so does this mean the bars are already cranked cause its already level thanks

Does it look level? And it's usually better to measure from the center of the wheel, not the ground because tire pressure/tread can affect that.

The previous owner could have cranked them though, but if you not sure find some flat ground and take a picture of it, and I'm sure in no time we'd be able to tell you if it was leveled already or not haha.

If your already level dont be afraid of the body lift (i was at one time). If you get the kit from performance accessorys it is easy, just time consuming. Be ready to spend the weekend doing it and just take your time. The instructions that the PA kit comes with are excellent, and you shouldnt need any other parts. I was even able to do mine by myself but a second set of hands would have helped.
