Well, best thing is to blast it then. No blaster ? - You can wire wheel the snot out of it and apply THIS stuff only, for the best results.

Then head up to Sherwin Williams and have them whip up your paint code in a couple aerosol cans for yuh..
It's the best you can do other than welding in new metal. - Or replacing the doors.

The code is indeed a HEC code from the dash and is implicating the oil pressure switch.
The engine PCM diagnostics does not look at that switch.
You should see a malfunction with the dash gage operation.
