Will superduty taillights fit?

I am wondering if the new style superduty taillights will fit on my 2002 f150. they look like they will fit but will they actually work?

They'll fit. The issue arises when you try to plug in the reverse light. From what I've read, its a different socket.

Yes, they do fit. The reverse light is on top and the bulb socket is diffferent.

They do look great though. Worth the effort to change

They fit and look great. Just the reverse light socket. Ford dealer would probably be the easiest place but they aren't cheap there.

What bulb is it? I bet you could find a pigtail online or through an automotive store for cheap. I know I picked up a pair of 9145 pigtails for like $4 each at O'Reillys

They are like a t10 or 194 socket with a 921 or 922 bulb. Just looked online and having a hard time finding some, cuz I still need some for mine, I just have my old reverse lights taped onto the new tails.:o

The bed isnt bad, it's just the tail lights. I like the look of the truck as a whole. Just not crazy about the tail lights.

The 97-03 stepside bed is hideous. Surpassed only by the SuperCrew bed.

As ugly as those beds are, if one was to attempt to mold in regular tail lights they'd probably look pretty funny due to the flaring of the fenders. If they were just narrowed beds like the 92-96 and 04-09, it could work.
