You can fit a 33x10.50 at stock height on a 4x4. Anything wider or taller however and you might have some rubbing when turning without a level. But it all depends how the tire measures out in real life, they aren't always the size they say on the sidewall so check the manufacturers specs on there websites to get there true sizes.

You should have no problems running a 33 BFG. I assume you are 4x4. If so and you get some slight rubbing, then raising the front is only a few turn of a wrench away.

 

What he said^. And since it's an AT it'll be less likely to rub because its not a very aggressive tread pattern.

 

Ok. It would definitely be 4x4. I know the at isn't very aggressive, but when I want to wheel, I've got my jeep.
