Alright guys sorry for the late response! I've been pretty busy, and I've done a lot of thinking. I want to start working on my credit so I'm going to take a $5,000 loan and put it into the truck (don't worry I have a full time job to pay it off).

Here's what I want to do:
- Get new rims with bigger tires. What's your suggestions? I'm looking to go maybe FX4 rims and anything for tires.

- Put a bit of a lift on it, she is pretty low. Any suggestions for this?

- Get Hyperflash relay and do LED tail-lights/3rd brake lights and smoked head lights with the HID like previously stated.

- Going to do a full routine maintance (Midas will be doing this) oil change, transmission flush/filter change, rear diff fluid change, lubricate the chassis

- Changing the spark plugs, any recommendations?

And last but not least, how about the timing in the truck? Should I replace the water pump/belt or chain? 350,000KM. I don't wanna run into problems, runs perfect though and I wanna keep it that way.

Also another major question is what about exhaust? I've shopped around and can't find anything for the 4.2 V6. What's your thoughts? There is a good muffler shop in town that is fair and cheap.

4.56 yukon gears with a detroit true track, 35" KM2's on your choice of wheels with a fabtech 7.5" lift.

What's the advantage to the yukon gears? 4 inch lift is all that's legal here so I'll have to go with that.

Any good sites for ordering parts?? Like the lights and whatnot besides eBay.

Sledman has 9" of lift on his truck and he is in canada

besides, 7.5 in a 2wd is like a 3" lift on a 4wd so you should be good anyway.

I'm from Canada, Northern B.C. and they let us get away with a lot more here then they do on the east coast, I work in camp with a few fellas from out that way.

I just put on Flow Master Super 44 on my Blackwood. Sounds great. I don't know how they would sound on a V6 though. I think there are sample sounds on you tube.

In all honesty, nothing is going to sound "good" on a v6.

Taking out a $5,000 loan on a $3,000 truck is absolutely ridiculous, even if you have a job. Why not take out a $5000 loan and sell that truck, and put it towards another truck?

I love the truck and it's got a lot of life left in it.. That's why. I'd rather make this one a lot better then go and purchase something newer.

I buy 75% of my parts from jegs.com you can pick up dual 3" exhaust for like $189 and install it in your driveway. as for the lift you can prob get away with a 6" just because it would be about the same a 4x4 w/4". but if you are set on a 4" they sell 3.5" spindle and blocks on ebay for $350 shipped and you can install it yourself fairly easy. you could raise it another 2 inches to make 5.5" with shackles and a leveling kit (here's the link >>>) http://www.ebay.ca/itm/97-03-FORD-F1...item53e836d578

skip the led tails, just buy a roll of tint for $30 and do all your lights. hid's will run you $60 for headlights and another $60 for fogs. as for tires and rims, look around for a nice set of used ones rather then buying new or get a cheapo pair off ebay, my buddy picked up 24's with rubber for $2200 to his door.

Dual 3" is gonna sound horrible on a v6. Nothing is going to sound good unless you like the sound of a honda.

true true, I was just showing how cheap and easy it can be to customize a whip, if it was me i'd straight pipe 3 inch and dump it after the axle, prob cost 100$, I have the dual 3 on mine and it sounds sounds mean, but I swapped out the muffler that came with it for a y pipe and some glass packs.
