Superduty !@#$%^& conversion

did an 08++ *** conversion on my 99 f150.

took a tailgate, bumpe,r and taillights and put em on.

tailgate went right on except you need the left side hinge mount from ford
bumper i needed to fab mounts for and i cut a little out of the top to bring it in closer to the bed.
taillights were a bolt in except for trimming some metal inside to make the plug fit. heres some pics

still need to put the handle back in.

Love the paint on it, if you don't mind me asking how much did it cost to do the flat black? I've been wanting to redo mine to flat for a while now, but nothing I find really fits in a college kids budget haha.

john deere blitz black is the name of the paint, cost 20 a quart. for under 100 you can buy a few quarts and john deere thinner and spray it yourself as i have.

i love your truck, ive almost bought the fiberwerx fenders and bedsides, cant drop 800 on fenders though, still looking to find a used lift for cheap. i dont need to spend 1K on a rough country lift either. next on the list is those fortress towing mirrors. i need to sell this panasonic flip out i have or trade for a set of mirrors.

Thanks man! I just found it online for 33 a gallon so that ain't to bad at all. But now the question is do I wanna do the blitz black or the john deere green.. both are the same price but I wonder if the green is a flat or more gloss to it.

And yea many paychecks went to get this truck the way it is now haha, but when I was 16 and working 40 hours a week saving money wasn't even on my list of things to think about, everything went to the truck ha.
