what do you reccomend for something stupid bright... like is 8000 K good or should i go for 10000??

Why would you intentionally want to create glare for oncoming traffic? and 4300k iirc is what produces the most usuable light output. 10k would be like using your running lights as headlights, it wouldn't be great.
