Looks good man. I'm actually going to do the same to my single cab truck.
I may see if I can fit an 04 grill and lights and use the glass for that year truck. I plan on building my bumper and cage and use TT bedsides. Plan on keeping the stock height but leveling it out with 33s or 35s.

Did you cut your frame back any when you put your bumper on? And if you dont mind me asking, how much did it cost to ship the glass?

Nah I didn't have to cut my frame any for the bumper and the glass wasn't bad it was like 5o for the front glass and 100 for the rear glass but I also had it shipped to a usps terminal and I picked it up from there, it was a lot more to get it to my house because it required a truck with a liftgate.

Finally added a little more lift to the truck!

This is with the spacer and 35x14.50's on the left side and stock on the right, just to show the overall difference.

Another shot of it mid change before I had changed out the rear tires.

All together!

i like the look of the thornbirds, but ive heard that they are like the worst tire ever
made as for as traction goes, be careful on wet roads.

Thanks man! The ride isn't too bad, a little more bumpy than I'd like but I think some of that is due to worn out shocks ha.

Thanks bro! And yea I'm not too sure about the tires, it rained the other day and it definitely left a lot to be desired. And the fact that going down the highway it really sounds like an airplane taking off, between those and the exhaust I can barely even hear myself speak. I love the look of them, but I'm not sure how long I'll keep them ha. I mainly only got them for the wheels anyway since the guy wouldn't separate them and it's so hard to find a set of 16.5" wheels in our lug pattern I just jumped on it. I'll probably end up pulling the tires off the wheels because my sister's bf want's them for his truck anyway so I'll probably just sell them to him ha. But the good thing about the wheels is I can drive about an hour and a half and pick up a set of goodyear wrangler m/t's from a military surplus store for like 400 bucks for a set of 4 so I'm pretty happy about being able to get cheaper tires haha.

just dont run a low tire pressure with those 16.5" wheels. they dont have the "safety bead" on them that all the other wheel sizes do.

How big are the spacers you put in? That could have something to do with it since your spring is stiffer.

Oh man you dont like the sound of your tires on the highway? Damn my pitbull rockers sound just like em and it sounds awesome to me. Whats the width on the goodyears? I hear you on the 6.5 rims being hard to find. before i got my rocker/d1ck setup i was looking for a set and just couldent find them in the 135mm bolt

The spacers are either 1.5" or 2", I'm pretty sure 2" but they've been sitting in my garage for almost 2 years so I'm not sure anymore and I forgot to measure the difference ha. Your right about it making the spring stiffer too though, I figured that would cause some more bouncing, but I feel the bouncing worse towards the back of the truck, so I'm thinking a decent set of shocks definitely couldn't hurt. The goodyear's I can either get in a 37x12.50 or a 36x12.50. Or if I feel like spending a bit more they have the new bfg baja t/a's they just started using in a 37x12.50 which are the ones I really want, it just depends on how much money I have when it come's time for new tires ha.

As for the noise it's not too bad for me, when I'm just riding around town but after about an hour and half on the highway at a time it just starts to get annoying ha.

And yea I've heard that too about not having the safety bead in them, but I don't see me airing down anytime soon. I've never really had a reason too, or the times I have I haven't been able too because the nearest place to air them back up would have been like a 30 mile drive on the road ha.
