hey yall i have a 1997 f150 crew-cab long bed with a 2in lift and beefed up everything... i was thinking the other night if there was a way i could make it a 4 door long bed... i no they mad 4 door short beds but not long beds... i was thinking abought getting a 4 door that the engen has a lot of miles on or has been in a wreck and taking the cab off and exstend my frame to fit the new cab and put that cab on it.... so i was just wondering if any one has dune this yet.. i no centurion did this with the 90s to 96 f150s body style but have never Sean it dun to myn... so if yall could give some input it would be vary help full thanks

you'd have to chop the frame. there is a shop that specializes in that somewhere in TX i think

You can do that, but youd have to make custom body mounts, change the gauge cluster if you wanna use that engine, or make motor and tranny mounts too. All in all it'd be eaiser to either get a shop to extend your frame or just drive the 4 door long bed f250 haha
