Yeah I tried a different grounding point, same problem. Its starting to pi$$ me off a little, I got a bi-xenon kit to have highs, but I just ended up paying for extra troubles (as of now).

Man I got the same problem just installed them today and I got same problem please help.

mine ended up being the relay, but the first thing is check the wiring at the bulb plug. 9004 and 9007 use the same plug, but the pins are different.
