Why not get plastic coated lines? Sure stainless steel braided lines look good but the only guys looking under you truck are mechanics and you.

From what I know, the steel braided lines actually help with better braking and are an upgrade from stock. As the stock lines can stretch, which means less pressure at the calipers.

I'm pretty sure you only need three, there's only a single drop to a T that's hardlined to either end in the back.

Right , when you apply your brakes, factory lines can bulge/stretch and eventually break down inside. After that, same thing happens , but worse.

Braided lines add an extra barrier that keep that from happening. They won't expand and break down therefore, all the fluid is applied to our twin piston systems.

My 98 stops on a dime, even when loaded down. It was a night and day difference , seriously.

So when I get my Baer slotted/cross drilled rotors I should get a nickel change my brakes are kinda soft so I know between the steel braided lines and upgraded rotors it should be to my liking
