basic tune-up procedures?

so my 2000 5.4 has 174k miles on it, ive had it for about 10k of those. ive always changed the oil myself with full synthetic, and changed the front and rear differential and transmission and transfercase fluid. ihave cleaned and oiled the CAI filter, cleaned the MAF, TB and plenum. with this next oil change i've decided i want to do a more indepth tune up. so what else should i do? i think i may change out the plugs while im at it. i need to go find a write up because i've never messed with COP's. and have a terribly squeaky body mount as well, but no clue as how to fix it or even find which one. any other suggestions?

Hi.

Plug change writeup: http://www.mattstruck.com/sparkplugs/sparkplugs.html

Some maintenance info/links - most is relevant to pre-2004's as well:

https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...e-up-time.html

Also - try to access Haynes/Chiltons manuals, and yer owner's guide/maint guides (available here: www.motorcraftservice.com)

EDIT - my bad - I fixed the link above - sorry ;-))

^^ Yup my bad. sorry.

On the O2's I'd consider it with that mileage. Fronts only. Looks like MC over Bosch: http://www.vmptuning.com/forum/showthread.php?t=825

Obviously to a different standard.

Just like Autolite and MC plugs - same manufacturer - the same assembly line, if you can credit the rep who stated that on here.

Take it up with Justin. I'll trust his data. Unless you know something he doesn't. If so, please post your findings.
