That looks amazing! You out did my frame painting project! Sorry I doubted you thinking you were putting on a prerunner. What a relief. I'll be watching for more updates

and actually what sparked this whole project was me taking my bumper off to straiten the bumper bracket. The previous owner had bumped something and bent it. The bumper sat slightly crooked

Mines crooked now too after hitting that deer a few weeks back. I got behind it with a small jack and pushed it out far enough where it doesn't rub on the wheel anymore but its still off. I can't tell where its actually bent, I think its the chrome itself.

well pull the bumper off and take a look at the brackets. Its easy to take off and doesn't weigh hardly anything.

i got that big tank of a bumper on my expedition. but i need to repaint my frame like you did. what did you use to do it? mines all rusted out from living so close to the beach. salty air and water.
