If you really want to convert your torsion based suspension over to a NBS coilover suspension id just look into a long travel kit, There are some good ones out there. And its not something that you are piecing together.

IMO it would be much easier to SAS a truck than do what you are talking. But you would have to lift it at least 7-9" Look at Klitch's setup and if you like that then go that route. He can clear 37's. Basically looks like a F250 suspension (leaf springs)

Front and rear axles, leaf springs, front crossmember, shackles, steering. (Farmboy Fabrications Kit will emilinate them)

Alot depends on what kinda deals you buy but on the low end id say 4k minimum to get the truck rolling again.

Add around 250-300 for a divorced NP205 then another 300-500 to get it mounted and all the fabrication to get it hanging.

I say you could do a SAS 2wd to 4wd for 6-7k if you stay in the same hiegth range as klitch. Then you will have to think about gearing and building the axles.

These prices are if you do the work yourself.
