New 97 F-150

Hey everyone. Im new to the site. I just picked up a White 97F150,single cab Long bed, 4.2V6. My dad got it from his work for 1100bucks, its only got 69k miles and it hasnt seen over 40mph in its whole life.

I have a few questions-

1.If i get a traimaster leveling kit, what size tires can i run? its a 2in. kit

2. If i dont get a lift, whats the max tire size i can run?

3. Anything i can do to hop up the power a little bit?

Thanks in advance everyone! and im glad to be a new member of the site.

welcome to the site!!

it depends if your truck is 2wd or 4wd as to what size tire you can run.

search for the "gotts mod" for a cheap intake.

Awesomee! What are my options for a lift and tires? Im really not wanting to spend over 300bucks for the lift. so im guessing thatll get me the leveling kit, and a 3in body lift.

Well for the lift you can do a spacer for 40 plus alignment or coils for 100 plus alignment or bl for bout 175 or spindles for about 350 plus alignment

They'll give you (in order) 1.5" 2" 3" 3.5" and alone each one should get you 33"s depending on the wheels you use

depends which one you want to go with. amazon has the daystar spacer for 40 shipped and the Performance accessories BL

for spindles id look at doetsch or rough country and same with springs
