spent most of the afternoon finishing up the prep

heres it ready for paint



in primer

me either. still got a little ways to go. need to do some more prep and then finish sanding and more primer and then paint. i shot it with black and the sanding lines are showing so i need to fix that also

What are you sanding with? I would be using like a max 400 on primer.

jeff... i have no words
600 would be the most I did before the primer. The primer will fill all of the scratches that your eye can see so you would just be doing more work. After the primer you could start at 600 then go to 1000 if you want but the 600 would be good then too. 600 was the finest I ever used on anything before paint and the body shop and it always turned out good.

So you sand with 600, primer then 600 to 1000?
