Wow, Almost 4 months since the last update...

Core support welded in...

Hood, stock fenders and headlight sub-structure on...Fenders are only for mockup and welding the new sheetmetal...Fiberglass ones will eventually be installed...Hood dosen't fit as well as I would like but for 179 bucks brand new I can deal with that...

Me and dad went to the junkyard today and got some nuts and bolts and a hood striker for the latch...Tomorrow I got to cut some steel plate and use them for spacers on the hood hinges so the hood lays flat with the body lines and them I can finish bolting everything together and get it ready to tag...

Body work dad did to the door a while back...

Hood and Harley grille installed...Around the back corners of the marker lights it dosen't fit the body the best...

We are gonna hit it hard tomorrow and get everything but the marker lights in it...I need to buy a set of clear ones off Ebay tonite...I am going to have a prerunner bumper built locally when I put the flared glass fenders on it...

I am going to start looking for another bed too with a decent inside and beat up bedsides so I can put flared fiberglass bedsides on it and put it on my truck. The inside of mine is beat up and ruined but I plan to build a pull behind camper out of my bed mounted on a section of factory frame with a hitch up front so when I go camping I got a place to sleep and haul my stuff, I will put a camper shell on it and get one of these http://www.autoanything.com/truck-te...A5173A0A0.aspx ...That way I will have a spare yoke, ring and pinion, spiders, axles, disks, calipers, and a set of matching wheels and tires just in case I break something, plus I will put a electric over hydraulic unit on it so it will have brakes too...I want a small, quiet Honda generator and a portable A/C and heating unit so that way I can heat and cool the tent when I want too...Yes, I do like to be comfortable when I camp...

Nice write up on your project. I need to replace the rad cradle on mine. Windsor rust has eaten the bottom away. While I turn a fair wrench I suck at body work. Your project has given me the courage to do mine.
