I will admit, though... as I get older, I sometimes wish my truck was a bit lower.
Your truck looks really good man, what was the price you bought your RCD for? And could you please give me a link from where you bought it from if you don't mind.

Thanks for the compliment. I think the price was around $1400 (not including the traction bars), but this was over 5 years ago so I'm not certain. I purchased it through a local shop in my town that did the install for me.

Where did you find outlined white letter bfg at's!! Those look better than the solid white letters that I have-looks more modern!!

Do you guys think I should just go cheap route and just buy a 3'' PA body lift only? Will this give me the same outlook that i will be looking for without having the suspension lift?

I'm looking at buying this PA lift here:

https://www.shopatron.com/products/p...75.32354.0.0.0

Please let me know guys if this PROBABLY the best for me, considering i'm limited on money spending.

Thanks, I had 315/70R17's on my truck which only come in blackwall, so I used a paint pen and painted them. The paint held up pretty well and I touched them up about every 6 months. I liked the looks of them and wanted something unique.

I think the PA Body lifts look great on our generation trucks. If you're going for looks over functionality (which most of us are), then a PA body lift will be a great alternative. The only problem I think is the amount of $$$ you will be paying in labor to have it installed. Unless you're doing the install yourself (with a few buddies hopefully) I think you might end up paying close to what you would have paid for a full out 6" suspension lift installed. I could be wrong, but I recall reading that body lifts are a big time expense in the cost of labor area.

And Deeregeff, that is an amazing detail job you did on those BFG's with the pen. That looked great!

Its the 04+ that are harder to do body lifts, the 97-03 are just time consuming! It took me by myself 2 full days to do mine!

Yeah this is what i'm going to go with. And me and my brother are going to put the body lift on because he has alot of experience with that kind of area of work.

What kind of paint pen did you use? I think when I get my lift I will be going back to a 17" rim. my 16"s look small. I wish BFG made that size in 17 with the letters
