Yeah, I like the grille on the 97-98 trucks better than the 99-03's, But I still wanna convert to the 99-03 fx4 front clip one day.

Yeah after seeing all the extra space in the fenders i don't think i wanna spend all of that extra cash for a set of tires that is the same height and only an inch wider. I figure that i can get at least another 15,000 out of the 285's i'm running now. And with the fever i've caught with lifting this thing i want more lift! haha So the plan is to let the 285's wear out, then add a 3" body with 35's!

I did snap a pic of it today after the install but one side of the truck was on an incline so i'll have to keep ya'll waiting until tomorrow!

i still haven't been able to get pics of it. everyday it's either raining or I'm at work late. But i bought a set of 285 buckshots with 75% tread off of a buddy today for $100. Hoping to get these on tommorrow and hopefully i can get pics afterwards. Also I had the rotors turned today and put on some new pads.

They are great, They have almost no noise and ride smooth. Plus the tread compound is really hard so they last a hella long time.

Haven't had any updates on this thing in a while, but got a lucky scratch-off tonight so tomorrow i will be ordering a 3" PA body lift. Then i can finally be able to put the bedliner on.

Yeah 35's are gonna cost atleast $200 per tire brand new, and at the moment i don't have an extra $800+ laying around. And i'm especially not gonna buy new ones because more than likely I'm gonna buy lift coils and control arms within a few months and then I might wanna step up to a 37.
